Hatozaki Japanese Blended Whisky

The Kaikyo Distillery is a young company in the now consolidated panorama of Japanese Whiskys, owned by the Yonezawa family who already made themselves known with a Sake line based on the quality of the raw material and an innovative technologically advanced production. The name is inspired by the longest bridge in the world Akashi-Kaikyo that connects Kobe to Awaji island. With the Hatozaki line, Kaikyo aims to carve out a space between fans with two labels, one Blended and one Pure Malt.

The Blended Whisky Hatozaki is characterized by a lemon yellow color with a soft profile, and conquers the nose with strong and intense aromas of violet and jasmine that we find in the mouth with a soft and delicate taste that seduces the palate.
