The Cantina I Feudi di Romans was born in the fifties of the last century when the founder Severino Lorenzon laid the foundations in the creation of the reality we know today. Located in an area that was not very developed at the time and considered "abandoned", Severino began the cultivation of the vineyards with love and dedication, giving great importance to respect for the environment and the territory. The great attention to the well-being of the vines to have great quality grapes that know how to transfer the greatness of the territory into the glass. Absence of weeding, sub-irrigation and manual thinning testify to the attention in the fields.

Fysi I Feudi di Romans is produced from Kretos, Rytos, Soreli hybrid clones of the classic Friulian and Sauvignon grapes produced on soil rich in noble clays, gravel and sand. Once destemmed, the grapes are left to macerate briefly at a controlled temperature and are then softly pressed. After the clarification of the must by decantation, the fermentation starts, leaving the wine on the lees for several months, taking care to carry out the periodic batonnage, and finally the three wines are blended.

Fysi I Feudi di Romans has a greenish straw yellow and a nose that shines for the complexity of notes among which stand out flowers and tropical fruit. On the palate an intense entry with good acidity and minerality that lengthens its persistence.
