Ronco Bernizza

Chardonnay Ronco Bernizza Venica is a wine that is a synthesis of opulence and elegance, produced in a DOC Collio vineyard. Macerated for about 12 hours in special containers, under strict control by innovative systems in order to reduce the contribution of antioxidants, it detaches itself from "international" Chardonnays thanks to the fermentation and refinement of the must on the lees, lasting 6 months, in the such as the delicate nuances of toasting and vanilla deriving from the use of wood, best express the typicality of Collio. Finally it is bottled at the full moons between the end of March and June 2020.

The Chardonnay Ronco Bernizza Venica has a bright and intense straw color, a particularly fruity nose, with notes of ripe exotic fruit, floral hints of violet, jasmine and lime, citrus nuances, and light buttery and smoky tones. With aging it takes on voluptuous notes of dried fruit, almonds and toasted hazelnuts. On the palate it is fresh, savory, rightly acid, broad and complex, rather structured and full in the mouth, persistent and balanced.

Recommended pairings: The Ronco Bernizza Venica Chardonnay is perfect with lean appetizers, soups and broths, eggs and fish. Its softness and fullness allow it to have a wide spectrum of combinations, beyond the classic fish, even with rather structured dishes and strong flavors. Also excellent with cheeses.
