The Venica & Venica winery has its roots in 1930 and has consolidated itself as a reality that well interprets the synthesis between tradition and innovation. Located in the heart of Collio, in the hills between Udine and Gorizia, land of Ribolla Gialla, it is strictly family-run and stands out for its eco-sustainable vocation, for its great commitment to maintaining the integrity of the land and protecting biodiversity. All the vineyards are managed and designed with Biodynamic Agriculture, and in 2011 the company joined V.I.V.A. SUSTAINABLE WINE - Evaluation of the impact of Viticulture on the Environment - national pilot project launched by the Ministry of the Environment in collaboration with nine companies and three research centers for sustainable wine "Made in Italy". The project measures the sustainability performance of the vine-wine supply chain, starting from the calculation of water and carbon footprints (Water and Carbon footprint).

The Tàlis Pinot Bianco Collio DOC from Venica & Venica reflects the inimitable style of the Friulian winery. The grapes are picked and then macerated for about 12 hours at a temperature of 10 ° / 12 ° C.  Subsequently 40% fermented and aged on the lees for five months in 20-27 hl barrels and the remainder in steel tanks. The wine was then blended and bottled during the full moon at the end of March. The perfume is fine, persistent, of increasing intensity, balanced between acidity and flavor.
