Col de Bliss Ribolla gialla

Col de Bliss La Tunella wine is the result of a meticulous processing of only Ribolla Gialla grapes which, once collected and transported to the cellar, are vinified so that all the aromatic properties that characterize them emerge.
Following the cold decanting of the must, we proceed with fermentation and aging at a controlled temperature, bottling and further refinement.

The result is a straw yellow wine with gold-green reflections with a particular personality: hints of fruit, such as pineapple and passion fruit, well blended with citrus and wild flower notes. A fresh and balanced taste, typical of La Tunella whites.
