Damijan Podversic was one of the architects of the wine world renewal that crossed the Collio area from the nineties onwards. favorite student Josko Gravner, during his winemaking has evolved really surprising: at the beginning of his career PROCEEDED vinification in wood, then it decided to adopt the practice of maceration of the grapes and the use of theories on influence the moon and the Earth's ecosystem constellations to decide the time of harvest and the various stages of the transformation of the clusters work. A large part of the vineyards is located on the southern slope of Mount Calvary, in a beautiful natural amphitheater terraced open to the south and surrounded by woods. In this evocative and uncontaminated environment Damijan began to cultivate his vineyards, following the dictates of biodynamic agriculture; thanks to its Damijan these measures helped to preserve this ambient and its ecosystem, practicing natural viticulture that respects and regenerates the soil, plants and the environment for circostante. Even for Damijan adopts a Malvasia wine in wooden barrels small, without the addition of yeasts. 

The result is a wine with a strong flavor and mineral, elegant and refined, unique, typical representation of Gorizia terroir.

They are wines of spirit and essence of feeling and passion combined with knowledge and respect for nature.
