Cristal champagne is an excellence of the French winery Luis Roederer with great personality, the result of the use of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir cuvéée. The winemaking process is long and accurate: the French grapes are harvested and matured for about 6 years in the cellars and left to rest, after disgorging, for about 8 months. The real viticultural process takes place in oak barrels without any type of malolactic fermentation. The durability and quality of this process make the Cristal Luis Roederer a champagne without equal, with a refined and intense taste.

Cristal 2013 is a champagne without equal. It already proves it to the eye with its brilliant golden yellow color with amber reflections.

As a first sensation it transmits great energy which transforms into a strong authority in the glass: notes of citrus, apricot and honeysuckle are revealed on the palate with freshness and minerality. Multiple perfumes amaze the sense of smell, in an unexpected way; hints of cocoa and vanilla blend with aftertastes of toasted hazelnut, cinnamon and licorice. Each gustatory element is an indication of its extreme refinement.
