Champagne Vilmart Grande Réserve is a straw yellow Premier Cru with golden reflections and characterized by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is immediately intense, it opens with deep notes of sweetness followed by light notes of toasted bread, and fragrant aromas of peppermint. Followed by harmonious hints of pear and peach syrup. On the palate it is rich and balanced, with a complex structure, you immediately feel a slight bitterness given by the citrus fruits that integrate perfectly with the flavors of pastry. Closes with a long and persistent finish.
