Champagne Le White Label Sec Lanson

Champagne White Label Sec owes its perfectly balanced flavor to the original vinification method which, combined with a precise dosage and prolonged aging in the cellar, gives it maturity and aromatic complexity.

Lanson obviously made a choice, creating the Champagne White Label Sec because for Hervé Dantan, the Maison's oenologist, the blending of the best crus from two very different regions offers a unique balance. The grapes for this Champagne are selected from the best Chardonnay vineyards, most of which are Grand and Premier Crus for finesse and elegance. Furthermore, Le Blanc de Blancs undergoes a complex aging process in the cellar for a minimum of 5 years, this to allow it to develop a subtle combination of complexity and liveliness.

At the end of the harvest, the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes undergo a separate vinification process, then the vin clairs are left to rest for a few months, without carrying out the malolactic fermentation and are then assembled to create the final cuvée. The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle, according to the Chapenoise method, with a stop sur lattes in the Maison's quarries for at least 36 months.
