The Brut vintage 2012 Charles Heidsieck is born from an assembly of Pinot nero and Chardonnay, from grapes coming from only 10 of the 320 Curs of Champagne. At the sight the golden color stands out, intense and brilliant with a dynamic and elegant perlage. On the nose evident toasted, smoky notes with a touch of licorice and earthy tones. Then fruity notes of apricots, blackthorn, quince, blueberry and fresh almonds. The aromatic concentration of the wine is what made the 2012 vintage exceptional. On the palate the Brut Vintage Charles Heidsieck is mineral and taut with excellent freshness, with touches of quince, vanilla and followed by a crunchy finish. 2012 is a vintage capable of evolving over time under the banner of complexity.
