The Maison Perrier-Jouët was founded in 1811 and has always associated its history with illustrious and noble characters between royal banquets and princes. Refined and elegant Champagne, always characterized by marked floral notes, and produced mainly with Chardonnay grapes. The historic seat of Eperny la Maison Belle Epoque, the former home of the Perrier-Jouë family, today is a luxury hotel where you can admire the masterpieces of Art Nouveau, including the original 1902 drawings by Émile Gallé, master of Art Nouveau which inspired the famous labels of the Maison.

Blanc de Blancs Perrier-Jouët is obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes, coming from a selection of the best property plots. An obsessive attention to the ripening of the grapes, and to their qualitative level, is the prologue for a vinification that provides for the winemaking classification of the champenoise method, with a 3-year aging on the yeasts that gives further depth to the liquid.

"Blanc de Blancs Perrier-Jouët reminds me of velvet, not a heavy velvet, but with a silky texture. This is because, despite being a very lively and dynamic cuvée, it also has substance and density and, of course, great elegance". The Blanc de Blancs Perrier-Jouët has a pale gold color with green hues, delightfully lively and luminous. On the nose aromas of hedge flowers (elderberry, acacia and honeysuckle) and spicy citrus. On the palate it is persistent freshness with a surprisingly soft finish.
