Brut Classic

Deutz was born in 1838 in Aÿ, a renowned grand cru in the heart of historic Champagne, where the maison and cellars are still located today. It is a member, from its origins, of the ancient and prestigious Syndicat de "Grandes Marques de Champagne". Over the years the maison has purchased land in Aÿ and in the most prestigious villages of the Côte des Blancs, and today it supplies itself with the best raw material available from about 200 hectares of vineyards, with over 80% of the grapes coming from grand cru or premier cru territories, which are then vinified separately. Prolonged aging in 3 kilometers of cellars dug in the heart of the chalk, 30 meters depth, allows Deutz Champagnes to develop complexity of unique and distinctive aromas and personalities.

This cuvée is born from the combination of about 70% of Pinot Noir, one third of Chardonnay and, depending on the vintage, 5 or 10% of Pinot Menieur. Characterized by a pale gold color and an intense yet delicate effervescence, the nose is complex and has notes of white flowers with a hint of licorice and menthol aromas. A wine with great character, it possesses the authenticity and elegance of the Maison's wines. This champagne is perfect to accompany raw fish, sushi, sashimi, but also risotto or white meats.
