The Domaine Laurens is located in the south of France, in a small village called '' La Digne d'Aval '' just under 5 kilometers from Limoux, a stone's throw from the famous old town of Carcassonne. Since the 1980s the Domaine has been engaged in the exclusive production of wines called '' AOC '' of Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux on 30 hectares. The company already set up, over time, by Michel Dervin, "champagnard" away, has everything to look good in the generous, but rather closed, context of Limoux. Low yields, the least invasive interventions possible, technologically advanced cellar. Only bubbles as required by the centuries-old tradition of this territory. Recognitions float, based, above all, on the stratospheric price / quality ratio and the very pleasant drinkability of its products.
