With a minimum of 36 months of aging on the lees, Rosè Reserve Charles Heidsieck is made up of 80% vintage wines from Pinot Noir grapes,
Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier in equal measure and for 20% with reserve wines of at least 10 years from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in equal measure. Its refined pink color with cherry and light gold reflections is embellished with a fine and lively perlage. On the nose the harmony is bucolic, at first fruity hints of wild strawberries and cedar, which intensifies in notes of tobacco and delicate spices, such as cinnamon and licorice. The final note is reminiscent of fresh vanilla sticks and the aroma of warm jam that is released during cooking. On the palate it is fresh and delicate. The aromas evoke the atmosphere of the early morning with the scent of toast, butter and blackberry jam. The balance between freshness and opulence is subtle and harmonious.
