The French Maison Paul Georg was born in 1950 thanks to the union of some Vignerons from the best area suitable for the cultivation of Cardonnay la Côte des Blancs, who, fueled by a great desire to produce products of the highest quality, allowed them to try their hand at this enterprise. A cooperative that today has over 100 hectares of vines, the best of which are destined for the Poul Georg labels. Between the rows, every decision is aimed at obtaining the highest quality level in each bunch, consequently season after season and with the utmost respect for the environment and ecosystem, products with very high organoleptic properties are created.

The Vintage Brut Premier Cru 2009 is a Champagne created by the Maison Paul Georg was one of the best vintages, in fact in this bottle the perfect balance between alcohol and acidity and an elegant complexity and a long aging in the cellar make Paul Goerg's Vintage a champagne of level.
