Since 1946, Messrs. R Gabriel and Pagin have cultivated their vineyards of Ha 9.5, distributed on the Grand Cru of Avize and Cremant and on the Primier Cru of Mutigny and Avenay Val d'Or, with the utmost respect for the environment (Carte Ampelos ) and where all the Pinot Noir produced is transformed to give rise to 35,000 bottles, divided into 4 types, of singular and authentic champagne. For the Pagin family, the priority is to work the land in harmony with it, trying to use as little as possible any treatments and pesticides. The treatments are used on a case-by-case basis and with a very low dose: only after precise observation by a technician and as a complement to every possible effort to strengthen the natural resistance of our lives to disease.
