Cremant de Limoux

Aimery is a Maison born in the Limoux area, the French wine region at the foot of the Pyrenees, known for the production and vinification of only local autochthonous grapes. Aimery represents its highest quality expression, famous for its large aging cellars.

Aimery's Cremant de Limoux is produced almost exclusively from Mauzac, the typical red grape variety spread in the south-west of France, which gives the wine that typical aroma of ripe apples and sweet spices, and from a minimal part of Chenin and Chardonnay. After vinification, the wines age on the lees for at least 12 months, preserving their typical aromas and enhancing elegance and freshness. Ideal for a fish-based aperitif, which requires a wine with a certain personality.
