Pol Roger Pure was created to complete the Pol Roger champagne range and to offer new sensations to connoisseurs. Pol Roger Pure was born in 2008, this cuvée is above all an exercise in style of the house, which has tried to obtain a wine in its most natural state, respecting in every part the spirit of the different champagnes it produces. This champagne is produced from the perfect balance between the three grape varieties, which have been blended in equal proportions. With great commitment and passion, it has been possible to achieve such a balance and structure as to completely drive the most refined palates crazy.

The vinification, once harvested, the grapes are immediately pressed, the must undergoes a first discard (decantation) at the press and a second directly at the cellar, all at 6 ° C within 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation, on the other hand, takes place at a low temperature (18 ° C) in thermo-conditioned stainless steel vats.

Characterized by subtle hints of honey and clove aromas that give the wine its depth and contribute to its persistence.
