A label that, right from the start, promises to be complex on the nose, but which with the right aeration gains in aromatic intensity, telling the best of its potential. Chardonnay and pinot noir are processed with care, being able to express themselves to the fullest since Rèmy always insists on the low presence of sulfur in the final product. A bottle of good concentration, perfect for those evenings in which Champagne is the protagonist. Upon visual examination it shows a straw yellow color, characterized by a row of fine and thin bubbles. On the nose there are exotic aromas of pineapple and hazelnut, with a reference also to yeasts. The sip on the palate is taut, with an interesting acidity that lengthens the sip, making it extremely agile and snappy.
