La Maison Castelnau is born from the union of the farmers of Reims that with a choice of about 150 Crus coming from the 900 hectares of vineyards creates Champagne that stand out for their freshness and pleasant complexity. La Maison is known for its long aging on the lees and all the wines are first pressed.

The Collection Oenohèque vintage 2000 is a sensory journey in spicy and mentholated aromas, which are combined with toasted notes of tobacco and floral scents. On the palate it reveals all its noble elegance, with a surprising freshness and intriguing citrus references.
