La Maison Castelnau is born from the union of the farmers of Reims that with a choice of about 150 Crus coming from the 900 hectares of vineyards creates Champagne that stand out for their freshness and pleasant complexity. La Maison is known for its long aging on the lees and all the wines are first pressed.

Castelnau Champagne Extra Brut is characterized by aromas of dried fruit, toasted notes and hints of candied lemon that captivate the senses in a succession of lightness and fragrance. An elegant wine enhanced by 6 years of aging in the cellar, perfect with raw fish or cooked in the oven as well as a good Parma or San Daniele ham.
