The Maison Castelnau was born from the union of the farmers of Reims who with a choice of about 150 Crus from the 900 Ha of vineyards creates Champagne that stand out for their freshness and pleasant complexity. The Maison is known for its long aging on the lees and all the wines are first pressed.

The predominance of Chardonnay, from the best terroirs, reveals an admirable freshness that sublimates the reference year. Collected with obsessive care and assembled with great care, this Millésime gives an interesting complexity to be discovered. Ventilation allows this vintage vintage to play on a bar of freshly roasted notes, revealing a gourmet finish.
Its strength is to offer both intensity and lightness.
