La Maison Castelnau is born from the union of the farmers of Reims that with a choice of about 150 Crus coming from the 900 hectares of vineyards creates Champagne that stand out for their freshness and pleasant complexity. La Maison is known for its long aging on the lees and all the wines are first pressed.

Hors Categories is an extraordinary label that expresses all the fine elegance of the Maison Castelnau. Spicy scents and vanilla notes stand out on the nose. In the mouth it's balanced and endowed with an extraordinary aromatic amplitude, from the aromas of citrus to chocolate, a riot of unique sensory sensations. An excellent Champagne that ages in the cellar for at least 5 years.
