Sancerre Blanc

The Sancerre is the most representative cuvée of the different terroirs of Paul Prieur's Domain, made of light, clayey limestone, which corresponds to the volume and complexity in the mouth, with the right mineral panache that envelops the palate. After the careful manual harvest, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, and rest on the lees for about 8 months. A wine with a strong personality that can be appreciated with taste.
