Cristal champagne is an excellence of the French winery Luis Roederer with great personality, the result of the use of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir cuvéée. The winemaking process is long and accurate: the French grapes are harvested and matured for about 6 years in the cellars and left to rest, after disgorging, for about 8 months. The real viticultural process takes place in oak barrels without any type of malolactic fermentation. The durability and quality of this process make the Cristal Luis Roederer a champagne without equal, with a refined and intense taste.

The Cristal immediately appears as a brilliant champagne thanks to its golden yellow color with amber reflections and brings pleasant notes of citrus, apricot and honeysuckle to the palate. Its aromas are many and almost unexpected: hints of cocoa and vanilla blend with aftertaste of toasted hazelnut, cinnamon and licorice. All this for a light and refined champagne but at the same time lively and structured.
