R.D. Extra Brut

The R.D. 2008 Bollingere is the result of an extremely long period of aging in the cellar, more than 3 times longer than the specification of the appellation, to sublimate the aromas to infinity.

A superbly supported robe, an intense light; on the nose this champagne has great depth with notes of cashews and honey, aromas that evoke tarte tatin. And then, aromas of undergrowth, of pan-fried mushrooms. On the palate it suggests complex aromas of stone fruits, revealed by the passage of time; notes of mocha, cocoa and truffle. The R.D. it is an Extra Brut with great structure.
