Special Cuvèe

Champagne Special Cuvée is the essence of the French wine cellar Bollinger synonymous with quality and long experience. The used grapes give the champagne many unique and unique flavors, making it an excellence: the Chardonnay grapes attribute to the Special Cuvée a fine and elegant perlage, the Pinot nero and meunier give complexity, freshness and lightness.

The winemaking process takes place through the ripening on yeasts (for about 3 years) and the boiling, after which Bollinger Champagne rest in the cellar for 3 months, resulting in a particularly aromatic and structured product.

Its golden yellow color offers many notes for the palate: spicy and fruity scents of honey, pear and apple give the Special Cuvée a delicious persistence and vivacity.
