La Maison Castelnau is born from the union of the farmers of Reims that with a choice of about 150 Crus coming from the 900 hectares of vineyards creates Champagne that stand out for their freshness and pleasant complexity. La Maison is known for its long aging on the lees and all the wines are first pressed.

Characterized by a fine and elegant perlage, to the nose are notes of almonds and toasted hazelnuts with hints of peach and ripe apricots; on the palate a pleasant freshness that invites a new drink.
