The vineyards are located in the well-known area of ​​Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Reims) one of the 17 Grand Crus of Champagne, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Enrico and Nadia, companions both in business and in life, are the two Italians who produce champagne with their "vigneron" (a récoltant-Manipulant, reaper-producer aka Cave Chef) Jean Michel. Enrico has always had a great passion for Champagne: thanks to his environmental engineering studies he works on hydroseeding, a process based on the use of sewage seeds and mulch. This technique is applied to steep vineyards in order to prevent erosion and to supply oxygen to the vine roots.

While Enrico works as an environmental engineer first in Tuscany, then in the Champagne region, he has the chance to meet Jean Michel, his future wine producer. Since then, his adventure in Champagne begins. The name, "Encry" is given by the union of Henry's nickname "Enry" and the letter "c" of "champagne".

The Maison is registered as "Veuve Blanche Estelle" and is registered among the récoltants-manipulants, those small producers who collect, produce and market their wines directly. This is why we are able to see the MRI mention on the label. The result: "vins de plaisir", appreciated all over the world, with a wide range of creations for all occasions.

Light yellow, bright and intense, very fine golden perlage that enhances the reflections. The scent is enveloping and intense, notes of citrus, in particular of cedar and candied cedar, floral, mineral.
