Radice

Radice is one of Paltrinieri's Lambruscos. The Modenese farm has been producing Lambrusco di Sorbara for three generations: in the 1920s, its owner, Achille Paltrinieri, built the first part of the cellar, which was then enlarged by his son Gianfranco and, today, managed by his nephew Alberto with ancient wisdom and modern technologies.

The Paltrinieri root comes only from grapes from the family vineyards, selected and processed with the same care as in the past.

This Lambrusco has a light ruby red color with intense and fine notes of violet and wild berries, with a dry, full and fresh taste.
