Amedei, considered one of the best chocolate producers, was born in a small laboratory in Pontedera, an area also known as "Chocolate Valley", with the spirit of creating great chocolate starting from fine cocoa beans. The certainty of the excellent result arrived immediately until production success was achieved in 2008 when at the Academy of Chocolate competition in London, the key institution for chocolate at an international level, which awarded the Golden Bean to the Toscano Black 63, crowning it with made the best chocolate bar in the world for its category. Since then the production philosophy has not changed.
