La Colomba Chocolate and Sicilian wild strawberry jam is an artisanal Easter baked dessert, with Sicilian chocolate, covered with an exquisite wild strawberry jam and dark chocolate with Sicilian chocolate cream to spread, to make this Easter unforgettable.
The distinctive trademark of Fiasconaro’s bakery is the sourdough, a very long process of fermentation that lasts 36 hours. The sourdough originates from the “madre”, a fermented batter-like dough to which are added, progressively, water and flour. It’s a process that, as always, is renewed remaining the same and with the same rhythm, and that, to happen, requires abilities, care and above all the rejection of the use of chemical additives and preservatives, ensuring, at the same time, the product, a surprisingly long life. The dough through this absolutely natural process provides unique and not be matched qualitative characteristics as lightness and fragrance. Three are the aspects that make it unique Fiasconaro products: craftsmanship, careful selection and authenticity of raw materials, reliability and high quality of products.

Cocoa solids: 50% minimum), sugar, chocolate of couverture (10%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa solids: 60% minimum), fresh barn eggs, extra jam of wild strawberry (9%) (wild strawberry (Fruit used: 110g per 100g), sugar, lemon juice), fresh barn egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water, yeast), strawberry granulate (3%) (fruit (strawberry juice, strawberry puree, apple puree, cherry juice), sugar, fructose syrup, rice meal, gelling agent: pectin, cacao butter, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavouring), wild strawberry puree (2%) (wild strawberry fruit (70%), sugar, glucose syrup, acid: citric acid, lemon juice concentrate, aromas), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, powdered skimmed milk, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of nuts, soy and lupin. Sicilian Chocolate spread: Cane sugar, hazelnut (Corylus avellana), sunflower oil, Sicilian chocolate (13%) (cocoa masse, cane sugar.
