Serie Experiment N°2 Banana

The Riascos family founded the "La Hechicera" distillery, the sorceress in Spanish, in Barranquilla one of the largest cities in Colombia and one of the busiest ports in the Caribbean, and today after four generations continues to assemble excellent rum. The processing is traditional and based on the complex Solera method, which requires a remarkable knowledge of the art of rum aging, expertly preserved in this distillery in the tropical paradise of the Caribbean Sea.

The Hechicera Serie Experiment N ° 2 Banana is a rum produced using the traditional method, in fact after making the Blend, a generous amount of dried organic bananas is macerated, grown in Colombia between 800 and 1100 meters for a few months before filter and dilute the Rum.
