Pian di Stio

The farm San Salvatore 1988 was born in a unique terroir in the heart of the Cilento National Park where hills and small mountains near the sea. A soil rich in minerals and an ideal exposure for a healthy ripening of the grapes. An agriculture where human interaction serves only to support what nature had established. The organic Fiano grapes come from the vineyard in the municipality of Stio at 550 meters above sea level, in the Cilento National Park. After a soft pressing, a steel fermentation is carried out with a refinement on its fine lees for about 6 months.

Floral and fruity scents of Mediterranean scrub and yellow plums, on the palate it is mineral and pleasant taste.
