Exultet

Quintodecimo Exultet is a white that comes from the careful and meticulous processing of Fiano grapes. The vinification takes place in a short stay in small oak barrels during fermentation, which gives the wine particular elegance.

The bright straw yellow color, enriched with greenish nuances, releases precise aromas of lime, acacia and thyme to the nose that refresh the sip, characterized by hints of exotic fruit, candied citrus and honey. A surprising white with great persistence.
