Stefania Barbot is the winery born a few years ago from the desire of Stefania and her husband Erminio to live in harmony with nature in an uncontaminated and rich territory like Irpinia where with great courage and sacrifices they begin the first steps in this ambitious project. The vines cultivated at altitudes between 450 and 530 host vines that are even seventy years old in an area with a high wine vocation in the Taurasi DOCG area where the vines are "cared for" with love and dedication, as is done for a garden. The heart of the production can only be the Taurasi Fren (soul in ancient Greek) from grapes of old vines of over seventy years that give a rich and generous grape. With an aging of two years in large barrels, the Fren is a complex wine rich in scents and emotions only as a Taurasi DOCG can be.

Choros Stefania Barbot is an Avellino Fiano that produces over 400 high-altitude alloys as long as its cord is state-of-the-art. The lower attachments are presented due to the cutaway, for easier access to the lower keys. We place it manually and publish it in a small cassette box to preserve its quality and profum. The finished avviene finish for 10 months in Asia and as a translation in an elegant and rich wine of varied profiles.

Xoros Stefania Barbot si presenta di giallo con riflessi verdi e con un nasco ricco u refinato di fiori bianchi, miele d'acacia, armidi fruitta esotica e pietra focaia. The palate is evolving, intense and aggravated with a gamma mineral vein, veloce in the final lung.
