The Terredora Winery occupies a prominent place in wine-growing Campania thanks to the excellent taste of its wines. The white Fiano best expresses the Terredora savoir-fair and the strong relationship between the winery and the terroir: meticulous processing distinguishes this Fiano di Avellino DOCG. The vinification takes place through the cold maceration of the grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging on the fine lees; from these passages the best organoleptic properties of this white Terredora are born.

Rosaenovae is a wine from the Terredora di Paolo winery, it is produced 100% with grapes from Aglianicoo harvested at the end of October, which subsequently underwent extremely soft pressing, aging at a controlled temperature and finally a further refinement in steel.
