The San Salvatore 1988 farm begins its history at the foot of Vesuvius in the 1940s in Boscoreale, mirroring those ancient values ​​in today's organic and biodynamic production in the Cilento National Park, between Stio, Paestum and Giungano. Vineyards that tell of a special terroir, cultivated with passion and respect for nature and traditions, never intensive. The cellar reflects the modern and innovative approach, being powered by a 96Kw photo-plant. A well-structured company that has 97 hectares, of which 21.5 are planted with vines, and the rest among olive groves, woods and orchards, as well as a breeding of 450 buffaloes, where a genuine wine is produced, animated by the love of land.

Palinuro is an organic wine made from Fiano, Greco and Falanghina grapes that owes its fresh and vital minerality to the clayey-calcareous soil of this area of ​​Cilento, in the province of Salerno. The harvest is manual and the vinification takes place with soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in steel tanks where the wine then rests for 8 months, followed by further refinement in the bottle. A pleasant and versatile white, perfectly at ease with fish and white meat dishes.
