Diamante Acqua di Cedro is a Liqueur produced by the Vecchio Magazzino Doganale, with a transparent color, the nose recalls notes of bergamot, but above all cedar, exponentially increasing to more spicy and fruity notes, in the mouth it is initially extremely light, and hand develops its alcohol content, the finish is tasty and persistent.
The history of the Vecchio Magazzino Doganale is compelling, it's the result of tireless research for 7 long years by Ivan Trombino, the award-winning alchemist, who reconstructed the adventurous exploits of Captain Jefferson, who along with the sailors Roger and Gil, driving his ship full of Rum, en route from Panama to Genoa, it sank in 1871 on the Calabrian Tyrrhenian coasts between Fiumefreddo and Fuscaldo. It was then that they came across the old customs warehouse (Vecchio Magazzino Doganale) run by Raffaele Trombino known as "u Giocondo", with whom they began distilling ancient liqueurs with very precious herbs collected in the flourishing Calabrian countryside. Since then all the secrets and ancient recipes born of this incredible story seemed to have been lost, until Ivan Trombino, a descendant of Raffaele, found a way to bring them back into vogue by conquering the whole world with its natural liqueurs branded as Vecchio Magazzino Doganale.
