Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto

In the production process, the Sicilian cedar peels and those of bergamot grown on the Ionian coast of Calabria are treated by infusion in cold water, in order to stimulate the release of essential oils, according to the traditional procedure called `` Sfumatura ''. The liquid obtained from this process is subsequently cold mixed with cereal spirit, of Italian origin, to which Roman Chamomile, lavender, gentian, yellow rose and lemon balm infusions are subsequently added. Thanks to its aromatic structure, it is a perfect product for use in short and light Long Drinks.

The Bergamot Rosolio is based on an original recipe from 1850, which was known as the '' Aperitivo di Corte '' or even the '' King's Drink ''.
