Cembali is the Nero d'Avola in purity of the Baglio di Pianetto grown in the vineyards of Contrada Baroni in Noto. The color is an amaranth red with ruby reflections, the aroma is intense with ripe fruit, marasca cherries, sour cherries, plums and a spicy vein of cinnamon. On the palate it's rich, a red with a great personality whose long aging gives a light hint of chocolate in the mouth.
