Cantine del Notaio was founded in 1988 in the heart of the Vulture by Gerardo Giuratrabocchetti, passionate about viticulture and thanks to the experience gained in the academic agricultural world, he decides to enhance Aglianico by carrying out studies on the potential of
this extraordinary vine with the help of Professor Luigi Moio. Great is the attention and respect for the vines using organic and biodynamic farming methods to preserve what the fruit can give to the wine. The winery located in Rionero in Vulture is a combination of innovation and tradition with the perfect aging caves for the aging of wine in barrels and barriques thanks to a unique microclimate for humidity and ventilation.

At the sight it shows a crystalline straw yellow with hints with captivating scents of fresh exotic fruit: pineapple, mango and papaya. On the palate it stands out for its marked sapidity and pleasant freshness accompanied by a carpet of light fruity and green notes.
