NZÙ was born from Marco Carpineti's need to produce a wine in full harmony with nature. From Nero Buono grapes grown where man, with the help of horses, rules the field. In the cellar then the natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and the maturation in terracotta amphorae give life to NZÙ, a wine of the past with hints of red fruits and spices and a robust and dry palate.
