The careful infusion of local herbs, spices and fruit translates into a unique, ruby red color with intriguing amber brush strokes. It offers pleasantly complex sensations with notes of cascarilla, juniper and pepper. Intense, powerful and harmonious, with hints of fresh orange and bergamot and a final delicately amaricated by the unmistakable flowery streak. The Professor's Bitter is tasted smooth, with ice, with added soda rather than as a noble ingredient in mixing.
