Rosa-ae

Produced from Montepulciano grapes, the Rosa-ae Torre dei Beati comes from vines grown in vineyards at altitudes between 250-300 meters above sea level. with Abruzzo pergola training planted in 1972 and spurred cordon training planted in 1995 on clay-limestone soil. The vinification takes place in steel, one part bloodletting of the reds after cold pre-maceration, one part very light direct pressing of the non-stemmed grapes, one part coming from cold maceration on the skins.

The Rosa-ae Torre dei Beati has a bright cherry color with light purple reflections when young, on the nose fresh and persistent aromas of fresh red fruit such as strawberry, pomegranate, cherry surrounded by a citrus fruit typical of the area and then floral hints. Full and balanced on the palate with good acidity and minerality which makes the finish more interesting.
