This white wine is obtained from Trebbiano and Pecorino grapes pressed in a soft way. The must, decanted and made clear at low temperature is fermented in small oak barrels of 225 and 550 liters where it remains for 12 months following the harvest, stopping and maturing on the noble fermentation lees.

The Pasetti company was founded in Francavilla but over the years it extends into the Abruzzo hinterland, finding its ideal home in Pescosansonesco.

Bright golden yellow, with intense and complex aromas of acacia honey, passion fruit, bergamot, candied fruit, vanilla and sage. Full body and soft enveloping taste; with excellent alcohol balance and long aromatic persistence.
