Passerina Fattorie Morantico

Fattorie Morantico is one of the winery owned by the Colonnara cooperative founded in 1959 by a passionate group of 19 winemakers in Cupramontana, on the Marche hills where Verdicchio reigns. The passion for the land and the maniacal care for the vineyard have been the secret that today has led the winery to count 110 members who cultivate 120 hectares of vineyards according to an eco-sustainable and respectful of nature approach.

Passerina Fattorie Morantico is produced on the hills of Abruzzo, on medium-textured soils that contribute to the fragrant aromas that distinguish it. The grape harvest of the Passerina variety is manual, followed by soft pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. An ideal wine both as an aperitif and for a fish-based dinner, in perfect combination with delicate or structured dishes.
