Collecivetta Pecorino

Pecorino Pasetti is born from the processing of homonymous grapes which, in addition to giving it freshness and heady organoleptic notes, give it the denomination Pecorino DOP. The vinification takes place through cryomaceration, crushing and soft pressing of the fruits; followed by fermentation in steel with selected yeasts and refinement, for 2 months in steel on the noble lees and 3 months in the bottle.

Pecorino Pasetti is presented through a straw yellow color with aromas of elderberry, yellow pulp fruit and grapefruit; the taste is soft, acidulous and persistent.
