Diciotto Lune di Marzadro grappa is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of both red and white pomace in a discontinuous still and refined in small barrels of various woods to enrich the distillate with aromas and colour. The aroma, initially intense, becomes more ethereal and harmonious, the angular taste on entry becomes rounded to give a perception of elegant and silky mouthfeel. The color has a warm amber hue.
