A fascinating Cuvée composed of 5 harvests of Chardonnay; a unique product, flagship of a winery in Franciacorta at the highest levels.
To outline its sour and biting character it has been called Salvàdek: that is a brescia dialect word meaning wild. Produced only in the most favourable years from accurately selected Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Nero (30%) grapes.
This label is the Quintessence of Franciacorta. A wine born to amaze, excite involving those who taste it in a unique experience. Riserva 2009 celebrates 40 years of the winery in 2019 after 100 months on the lees. The color is intense yellow with golden reflections, a bouquet of dried and tropical fruit. The taste is fresh, structured and endowed with an extraordinary aromatic variety.
Essence Noir is the Franciacorta Extra Brut Millésime 2015 by the Antica Fratta winery. It has an intense yellow color with copper highlights, with a fine and persistent perlage, and a pleasantly creamy foam. It's a pure Pinot Noir vinified in white which reveals a great aromatic complexity and a structured body on the palate.
This Franciacorta is obtained from grapes grown in a single vineyard, the historic "Comarì" from which it takes its name, in Salem ad Erbusco. It has a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose we find hints of bread crust, pineapple, vanilla and a slight hint of white pepper. On the palate it's broad, with a toasted note on the opening, a strong and persistent taste.
The Cuvée Royale by Antinori is a Franciacorta DOCG with a pale yellow color, intense foam and fine and persistent perlage. Ideal not only for the aperitif but also for a dinner of river fish, poultry and white meat.
The Rosè Cuvée dei Frati is the Brut Metodo Classico by Cà dei Frati obtained after a break on the yeasts of 24 months, during which all the peculiarities of this excellent sparkling wine are defined. Antique pink color and fine perlage delineate elegance at first glance, followed by a scent of rose petals and red fruits, a fresh and pleasant aroma with a mineral and persistent finish.
The Spumante Pinot Nero Rosè Brut is produced by the Conte Vistarino winery with the Charmat method on the Rocca Dè Giorgi estate in the Province of Pavia on a hilly terrain. It's an excellent rosé wine with a soft pink color, known on the nose by a delicate bouquet, with hints of red fruits and a note of rose petal, which is very well suited for a fish-based aperitif.
